Some of my friends have remarked more than once that I am a little bit of a rabid fan when it comes to Frank Scalise/Zafiro’s books. And they wouldn’t be wrong. I freakin’ love his River City books. I am so in awe of how well he’s crafted my favorite character Katie McCleod. Once I lend those same friends my books, they understand why I’m so enthusiastic about Frank’s prose.
